Whether you're completely new to psychic development or you've already begun exploring your intuitive abilities, this workshop will give you practical tools, exercises, and experiences to help you deepen your connection with your own inner knowing.

Throughout the day, we'll explore what it means to be psychic, each psychic sense and how psychic information may be experienced, and how to distinguish intuitive impressions from the noise of everyday thoughts and emotions.

We'll also explore the importance of grounding, centring, energetic boundaries, and ethics when working with your psychic senses—building a strong foundation for developing your abilities responsibly and intentionally.

Divination & Oracle Cards
Experiment with oracle cards as a tool for accessing intuition, symbolic language, and deeper insight.

Automatic Writing
Learn and try exercises designed to help you quiet the analytical mind and explore intuitive, inspired writing.

Developing Your Psychic Senses
Take part in practical exercises designed to strengthen your ability to notice, interpret, and trust subtle impressions and intuitive information.

Welcoming Your Spirit Guides
Create space to welcome a stronger, more intentional connection with a spirit guide. Explore the unique ways your guide may communicate with you and discover how their presence, messages, signs, and guidance can show up in ways that are individual and meaningful to you.

Understanding Spirit Communication
Explore the many different ways spirit communication may be experienced, and develop your awareness and discernment around the subtle ways guidance and information can come through.

The workshop will be recorded & each participant will receive a copy of the notes and exercises for continued practice.
